Movement and waiting need different room
A clear lane should remain broad and visible. A waiting edge needs sufficient personal space and an easy exit when activity changes.
Current questions need current people
Rule, process and venue questions belong with current organisers, stewards and official material. An offline illustration cannot identify who is on duty.
