LENS 02

Keep one detail inside the larger picture

The Whole-Dog Lens rotates through context, ears and gaze, head and neck, stance, personal space, tail, approach and meaningful change.

01

Context before detail

Weather, surface, sound, nearby movement and handler position can all shape a moment. The lens encourages plain description rather than a clinical or behavioural label.

02

No feature speaks alone

An ear, gaze, tail position or still frame cannot by itself establish pain, fear, temperament, intent, conformation quality or readiness.

03

The owner supplies the baseline

A responsible person who knows the dog is better placed to identify a meaningful change from the dog’s ordinary presentation. Uncertainty is a reason to stop and ask.

04

No analysis engine

The app has no camera, microphone, movement sensor, model, timer or score. It neither captures nor analyses a dog.
